What We're Building

A place to eat well, drink well, and feel good doing it.

This isn't about being trendy. It's about creating a real destination — a consumption lounge and café in California where good food, thoughtfully crafted drinks, and the plant can all live together under one roof.

Somewhere you can sit down, order something made with actual love, and leave feeling like you got taken care of. No rushing. No vending machine vibes. Just a warm room, a great menu, and good people around you.

125 Broadstreet was born in Atlanta during the pandemic — out of a home kitchen, a deep belief that food is how we feed each other, and a need to build something real. We grew, relocated to Las Vegas, and never stopped. Now we're ready to take this to a permanent brick-and-mortar in California — and we need our people behind us to make it happen.

🌿

The Consumption Lounge

A licensed California café where adults 21+ can enjoy infused food and drinks in a real, welcoming space. Not a waiting room — a whole vibe.

🍰

The Food & Drink

Artisanal infused pastries, dosed mocktails, elevated desserts — all made from scratch, to order, with intention. This is not a gummy situation.

🕯️

The Feeling

Fed with love. Good company. No pressure. The kind of spot you bring your people to and leave feeling full — in every sense of the word.

The story behind 125 Broadstreet, what we're building, and where we're headed.

125 Broadstreet is a cannabis culinary and hospitality brand. We make precisely dosed infused pastries, zero-proof mocktails, and elevated edibles — all made to order, all built around real flavor and intention. No gummies from a bag. No cutting corners. This is food made with love.

We currently operate out of Las Vegas as a made-to-order kitchen serving adults 21+ in the Las Vegas area.

125 Broadstreet was born in Atlanta during the pandemic — out of a home kitchen and a deep belief that food is how we take care of each other. What started as experiments with cocktails and pastries grew into something real. We relocated to Las Vegas and haven't stopped building since.

The name itself is a tribute to our Detroit roots — 125 Broadstreet was part of an old home address, a reminder of where this all comes from.

The lounge is our long-term vision — a licensed California cannabis café and social house where adults 21+ can come in, sit down, eat something made with actual care, and have a good time. Not a dispensary waiting room. A real destination.

Think warm ambiance, a thoughtful food and drink menu, and the kind of space where you bring your people and stay a while.

We're in the research and site-selection phase, watching which California cities are moving fastest toward legal consumption licensing. We want to land in the right spot — not just the first one available. Updates will go out to our email list first.

Our 3-year campaign puts our target opening at 2027. Licensing, buildout, and fundraising all factor into that timeline. We're building this right — not fast. Everyone who supports us now will know exactly where things stand as we get closer.

We approach cannabis through the lens of hospitality — flavor, ritual, and guest experience come first. Everything we make is crafted with dosing discipline and real culinary intention. This isn't about getting people high and calling it a day. It's about feeding people well and giving them an experience they actually remember.

How your contribution works, where the money goes, and what happens after you give.

Every dollar goes directly toward opening the California consumption lounge. Here's the breakdown of our $750,000 goal:

25% (~$187,500) → Kitchen equipment and bar setup
20% (~$150,000) → First-year operations and staffing
15% (~$112,500) → Brand, marketing, events, and our community scholarship fund
